#1. Blog Introduction

Hey everyone,

I am starting this blog with the intention of helping to educate the community about what is going on in the real estate market in Southeast Michigan and Nationally. Each week I will feature a new post relating to home selling, buying, investing, or about market trends that we are seeing in the industry.

I will also work to create some additional posts around entrepreneurship and small business, motivation, and health/fitness.

If there is anything specific you are interested in or would like to know more about regarding real estate, send me a message from the contact page with your suggestion. I am writing this for the good of the community and would be happy to provide any content that would provide value to others.

To start off, here is a brief introduction to my brand:

I am a licensed Realtor at Century 21 Curran & Oberski in Royal Oak, MI. My focus is on residential home sales throughout all of Southeast Michigan. I work with sellers and buyers from all stages of their home ownership journey. Whether you are selling your luxury home, are a first time home buyer, or an investor looking to buy or sell, I welcome the opportunity to work with you.

I have a background in marketing and large-scale events, and my goal is to bring a creative and relationship based approach to the real estate industry and be a resource you can trust. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Michigan Dearborn, and prior to starting my real estate business in 2021, I was the Director of Marketing at the Meeting House Grand Ballroom in Downtown Plymouth.

I am a competitive distance runner, read as many books as I can, and am obsessed with discussing entrepreneurship and personal growth. I have a passion for building community, and join as many local groups as I can.

Michigan has always been my home, and I want to help anyone who wants to live or do business here too!

Stay tuned for my first official blog post coming soon!
